Shakespeare's heroes are not of heroic status but his heroines are. Except the exaggerated Henry -V and slightly heroic valentine Shakespeare has no heroes .The simplicity of Othello ; vanity of strength in Coriolanus ,Caesar , Anthony , indolence and drowsy speculation in Hamlet;the impatience of Romeo are all grave flaws in these heroes .His heroines ,on the other hand , being flawless hopeful and steady ,are conceived in the highest grade of heroic humanity.
